Sam Beer first settled in London when he came to study for a fine art degree with hopes of becoming an artist. The son of a diplomat and a jeweller he was born in London but the majority of his childhood was spent moving around. It was only in his last year of art college that Sam considered music as a pathway to follow in his life when illness caused a dramatic decline in his eyesight forcing him to rethink his future as a painter.
Sam currently plays alongside Dan See on drums/percussion, Tom Mason on Double Bass & Dan Gullino on electric bass.
2008 sees Sam recording and playing some small gigs in and around the capital. His Debut album "Far from you" is set for release later on in the year.
